An online application may be started by an applicant or agent, but after plan approval the permit is issued to the property owner or a properly licensed contractor, subject to City requirements.
The ePlan Applicant responds in SJePlans and uploads corrected coordinated documents. Material changes after approval or issuance may require a separate Revision process.
